How to Get Set Up with ACH

Complete the form on this page to request ACH enrollment.
After submission, you’ll receive a secure email from us with instructions to safely enter your banking information.
You’ll complete a legally binding electronic authorization to finalize enrollment.
Once approved, payments will be issued via ACH going forward.

Email address for remittance notifications

Authorized signer (CFO, Treasurer, Controller, VP of Finance, etc.)
Banking information and account verification

Please note that the ACH setup may take up to three weeks to complete. During the setup, payments will be issued by paper check. A member of our Accounting team may reach out to confirm all details before final registration is complete.
