At the end of the promotion, one winner will receive a Free AC or Heat Pump system (up to $8,000). If the winner has purchased a system during the promotion, their system cost will be refunded (up to $8,000).

Promotion Disclosure:
This promotion is sponsored and administered by Burch Oil & Propane and open to residents within Burch’s service area. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a free air conditioning or heat pump system, valued up to $8,000. Prize includes standard installation. Any additional costs beyond $8,000 are the responsibility of the customer. No cash value and is non-transferable.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the Cool Down Countdown form located at the top of this page during the promotional period.
Participants will receive:

The promotion runs from March 30, 2026 through May 31, 2026. The winner will be selected in a random drawing and notified by June 8, 2026. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner will be selected and previous winner will forfeit winnings. Burch Oil & Propane reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
